Really worst stay ever, zero hygiene, and rats in the room, please don’t ever try...they helped and tried to change the room and we changed but later, it’s waste of time ..! And no refund policy...

It was good, apart from the bonfire experience where they charged the amount and told that it will burn the whole night but it was only for 15 mins.

Very poor room cleanness , very bad food quality. Paid amount for room rent is just waste of money.

Poor maintenance and horrible stay

Among all food was at an level some maintenance for rooms are required otherwise enjoyed a lot

Positives - Food & Food related service Negatives- The washroom was stinky the moment we arrived in. Continuous problems with WiFi & TV for 2 continuous days. Everytime I had to keep calling them to resolve issues. They say they would resolve but again they don't comeback. Multiple times I had to keep calling & it was frustrating. You don't come to resort to get frustrated with their service.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are exceptionally clean and tidy, with excellent aesthetics and spacious layouts perfect for a long stay. The added cooking facilities make it feel just like home. Every detail reflects great thought and care. An amazing experience overall — highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and style!

We booked Ranthambore cabin. Cabin was not cleaned. It was so dirty behind the bed. Linen on the bed had stains and there was also poop on the floor from a lizard. The dirt road going to the cabins was horrible because of the rain and there was no assistance.

I have one request to change the prices of food

The property was not maintained at all for the price they charge, it was a 2 star hotel. The kettle was broken, the tv was not working, the rooms smelled of mould & fungus.. the rooms were dusty, and sheets were not clean, were dusty as well. Very overpriced, Poorly maintained. Their restaurant was overpriced but the food was tasty. No amenities, the property is just like old cottages in an unkept jungle. Will never visit again. I wasted my money on this reservation.

Breakfast and location is good. Small bathroom and room. If you are planing for long stay better to avoid this place

Overall the experience was great. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It’s a perfect place to relax and spend quality time with family, friends, or your partneroffering a peaceful ambiance and good service.

The staff was excellent, we faced minor issues but it was immediately resolved. I really liked the place, it was peaceful. I will visit again

Not that much expected and cost is above par.

The stay was very pleasant. And the room service was very good. And the quality of the food is also really good. We didn’t have to go anywhere else for all meals
