no professionalism in hospitality and responses.. waste of time to describe them.. just created one couple rooms on terrace floor, seems it's built illegally since no lift provision etc..

To start with the location shared is incorrect, once you reach the provided location they ask you to go to another place which us again 3kms away, the place is at 5th floor lift doesnt work, they did not keep it ready, no water and towels or any other essentials were ready. the place is constructed good and can be managed well

The cottage was classic and very neat and clean. The vibe was amazing. Checkin was smooth and we had an amazing stay. The only concern was the shower wasnt flowing properly which needs to be prepared
