SWANOTEL GACHIBOWLI

My stay at Swanotel Gachibowli was very disappointing. The room category I booked was not honored, and I was given a different room without notice. Basic amenities like mineral water, kitchenette, and fridge items were missing, and even the glasses provided were dirty with detergent residue. Room hygiene was poor and far below acceptable standards. For the price and promises made, the service and upkeep were unacceptable. I would not recommend this property unless management seriously improves room allocation, cleanliness, and delivery of promised facilities.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and found the service to be below expectations. During my stay, my room was never cleaned, and at checkout I was informed that I should have left my smart card at reception for housekeeping to be done—something that was never communicated to me beforehand. The washroom floor was not clean when I first checked in. Initially, I was given a room with seepage and a noticeable odor, and I had to request a change to another room. Even in the new room, housekeeping and replenishment of essentials like water bottles required repeated reminders to the staff. The rooms themselves are quite small, with little space to dry clothes or towels. The placement of the cupboard also obstructs natural ventilation, making the room feel even more confined. Overall, the stay was not comfortable, and the hotel needs to improve both its housekeeping practices and room design to provide a better guest experience.

It was a good experience. The staff was very friendly, and the food we ordered was very delicious. But I need to clarify one point: why did they take a picture of myself and my partner? Is it a new rule by the Central government?

The hotel is nice but needs improvement in HK service, Breakfast buffet they should add live egg options like Omlet etc, There is no charging point in Lobby area. no car entry, Gym there is no chest press or bench press option is there. Facilities are very responsible and nice human nature , food is good taste

The property is good neat and clean. They have limited options in breakfast but it’s good whatever they have. One major drawback is even after charging such high rates they don’t have laundry facility in the hotel which is somehow an issue if you are staying for long term here.

had wonderful experience staying at swanotel, rooms were clean and hygiene.. it's easy accessible to airport.. food was good and reasonable as well.. complimentary breakfast was also good and provided the requested orders hot and presentable..

I've absolutely loved my stay at Swanotel. The rooms are well maintained, comfortable, spacious and clean. I've stayed in a number of hotels in hyderabad but this one has my vote. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good parking facility. I've also liked the morning breakfast and the facility was clean and tidy. Although I wish the food was a little more tasty. I would love to visit the place again for sure.

Awesome accommodation. Staffs are too good and cooperative. The best thing is the complimentary breakfast and they allow outside food also.

Worst hotel actually will call it a lodge .. Bad accommodation bad food .. never recommend.. No parking from the main road
