I stayed at this hotel for two nights and found the service to be below expectations. During my stay, my room was never cleaned, and at checkout I was informed that I should have left my smart card at reception for housekeeping to be done—something that was never communicated to me beforehand.
The washroom floor was not clean when I first checked in. Initially, I was given a room with seepage and a noticeable odor, and I had to request a change to another room. Even in the new room, housekeeping and replenishment of essentials like water bottles required repeated reminders to the staff.
The rooms themselves are quite small, with little space to dry clothes or towels. The placement of the cupboard also obstructs natural ventilation, making the room feel even more confined.
Overall, the stay was not comfortable, and the hotel needs to improve both its housekeeping practices and room design to provide a better guest experience.
