Review Of THE STROBE SILVERKEY HOTEL

This hotel was terrible. Toilet flush was not working. Hotel person was not accepting the check-in and asking to cancel the booking and pay higher rate for the same room. Also there was no water in bathroom. Not ready to listen the issue. No landline phone in the room. Not even ready to given drinking water but after forcing given one bottle of drinking water. They don’t even know how to talk with the guest. Talking rudely and i waited almost half an hour in midnight for check-in. I suggest not to check-in in this OYO room ever. Make my trip should remove these types of hotels rum by local illiterate person. Finally MMT person called me in night and assured that they will not charge extra money.

Pathetic bed. stains are everywhere on the bed and comforter. This hotel is used for bad purposes only.

1. They charged 300 rs for 2 hours early check-in even though there are vacant rooms to occupy. My stay was just for 6 hours, but they didn't accept my early check-in request. 2. The room smells very very bad. 3. Bed sheets are not clean and washed. 4. Room furniture is not good, it's damaged and dirty. 5. There is no room service available.
