Everything was terrible- no toiletries provided, not even soap, non-functional shower and broken hand faucet, terribly smelly bathroom. To top it all there was an engagement party past 1 am with full volume music and loud nuisance. Only plus point is the location on main road. Service and food is also poor.

Hotel location is on the main road, with spacious rooms.Food was amazing and quantity was enough.I request the management to do pest control as there was lots of cockroach in the bathroom.Morning breakfast has limited items but preparation was superb.

The rooms weren’t very clean, and the bedsheets had a strange smell. The person who checked me in seemed really grumpy and was sleeping on the sofa at 1 am. Also, when we called to book a room, they said there weren’t any available, . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Management not taking any resposibility for complaints or feedback about the staff and their behaviour about the complaints. For complimentary breakfast they had delayed more than 2 hrs than the sheduled time, this seems to be how they are treating the customers. Finally we are taken breakfast at out side of the staying.
