HOTEL SHUBHAM CELEBRATIONS SHAPUR

Hotel location is on the main road, with spacious rooms.Food was amazing and quantity was enough.I request the management to do pest control as there was lots of cockroach in the bathroom.Morning breakfast has limited items but preparation was superb.

Location is good for my Stay and work.. Good Hotel. Breakfast also was good. All South Indian dishes. Still can maintain the room and bathrooms good than current.

Hotel was clean and well managed. Room was spacious with all basic amenities. Breakfast menus were really good with great taste. Overall nice experience staying at Hotel Shubham celebration, Shapur.

Stay is not hygienic there is no maintenance in the Hotel. When I check in the room, they are cleaning at the moment.

The rooms weren’t very clean, and the bedsheets had a strange smell. The person who checked me in seemed really grumpy and was sleeping on the sofa at 1 am. Also, when we called to book a room, they said there weren’t any available, . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

They were very busy in other services not providing water bottle in room, dustbin was not clean. Not having any images

Excellent, service is too good, food is also good, complementary break fast is too good, laundry service also good, room service also good, amenity is good. Overall everything is good, equal to five star hotel.

Management not taking any resposibility for complaints or feedback about the staff and their behaviour about the complaints. For complimentary breakfast they had delayed more than 2 hrs than the sheduled time, this seems to be how they are treating the customers. Finally we are taken breakfast at out side of the staying.

I feel every thing is upto mark. Amenities, breakfast and night dinner we have enjoyed. Located on the main road and very accessible to our station.

Not a full flesged hotel - more an event venue with supplementary rooms. Expect the constant din of guests and staff running around in the corridors. Almost all floors and corridors are sticky and smell of food and cleaning products. Breakfast was very stale and cold.

The washrooms were not clean and hygienic at-least the room service is not good. The prices are too high for the standards that they are maintaining.

The room was dirty. The blanket was dirty. Mirrors were not clean. Room not to a standard of suite.

Had a pleasant stay, spacious room, cleanliness cooperative staff, and value for money. Complimentary breakfast was good. But menu was almost same next day

Location is good. Food quality is very good. Service is best. Staff is co-operative.

Safety equipment are not well fitted the staff should be trained. Fire safety is good.

We had breakfast on both days we stayed there. Variety and quality was decent and i liked it for the price point. The restaurant downstairs was also good. We had dinner both nights we stayed.
We stayed for two nights during a work trip. Room was spacious, bathroom was good. The only thing i didn’t like was the fact that there were tiny cockroaches roaming around in the room. One even ended up in my wallet and fell out when i was checking out from the hotel. Also, there weren’t regular outlets next to the bed to plug devices such as laptops or phone chargers. There was one usb outlet only and it didn’t work on my side of the bed.
