no maintenance, bed bugs, no drinking water, no cleaning.......... worst hotel, total money west and worst experience

The stay is the worst stay Ive ever had .. whole room is old and having stains and full of misquotes.. And here comes the worst part The bed is containing bed bugs I even got rashes because of them.. Ive also shared some pictures with you through Email.. Bathroom and the whole place is so unhygienic.. TV is not working and the AC is not chilling even the fan is also not in a proper working condition.. flush in the bathroom is not ops.. Each and everything is terrible..

Terrible stay at this property where rooms are filled with cockroaches and dirty bedsheets. They made me pay an extra 230 rupees and not let me check in until I pay them, although promised me a refund of the amount. even promised me a complimentary breakfast in a hotel which does not even have a kitchen. They do not even provide a complimentary water bottle

Worst person don't book in the location property was so smelly not even bed was good. All was bed was full of dust and so don't book in the location

It was completely opposite to what was shown in pictures. Smelly rooms, terribly working acs, dim lights in rooms, unhygienic washrooms.

Very bad atmosphere, the manager didn't speak properly, he thinks that give us free accommodation so do not appoint such people's. Also the bed sheet was ugly, the toilet cover is not provided, room was not clean.

I found this hotel to be the best among all of the other hotels. Their stay, location, and facilities are all excellent. Nice and enjoyable.

The location is near metro station, that's the only benifit, the ambience is very worst, the only price i paid is 780, and they asked me to pay extra 300, for one night stay, for the worst maintained rooms, at 1st they gave a room key, which was full of cockroaches, then after a tif, the hotel agreed to give another room, which inf-act the same condition, with cockroaches and dirty blankets, and broken infrastructure. Not recommended for any travellers. Even mm t customer service couldn't help immediately.
