Review Of Bloom Hotel - DLF Road Gachibowli

The hotel service was good. Check-in Process was very smooth. Overall experience was very smooth and relaxing

unprofessional employee. had a poor admin experience. I have to stay further due to no choice. I will request to book another branch but not the Bloom Gachibowli DLF road.

Food was excellent 👌👌, room was normal and clean hairdryer can be there fixed but it was available when asked. So its okay... Excellent service

I work in night shift and used to come hotel daily at around 4:30/ 5am and then sleeping in day but Bloom refused to accommodate my breakfast timeline, as I used to wake up around 1 pm…. Earlier hotel, Vivanta used to understand my problem and daily used to send breakfast at 1 pm at my room, as they know I can’t wake-up at breakfast buffet time

Hotel is good and at a nice location. Nearby to many eateries places. Rooms were clean and staffs were polite too.

A very bright, airy, well kept property. It is a chain. Travelled with my mother for medical treatment, close to AIG Hospitals and a plethora of shops near Gachibowli and Mindspace and DLF area. However some small issues persist. Example Airtel dish tv didn’t work and then never was rectified by property management. Asked for a couple more coffee sachets ( Sleepy owl hazelnut !) but never arrived. Their online web chat service though innovative could be made better, i had also asked for two sets of towels, one would expect double occupancy stays to have amenities doubled too but were provided only for one.. Ac in common corridors and walkways is turned off at night leaving a food stink from food trays left outside near doorways. Small things but makes a great difference to visitors.

Location Is spot on! Very convenient and within easy distances to all the major offices. Room was very clean and spacious. Services was excellent too. The restaurant below served good authentic Telugu food. Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.

Reception bad. Room service bad. Toilet worst.for three occupancy they provide only towel. After repeated request they provide extra bed after 2hours.

Worst hotel everseen , staff was very roude to customers , they cant even accomdate extra matress for free and charge for it is really even a 10 star hotel charge that much for matress

The rooms were very neat and clean, friendly receptionist but they looked understaffed though. The restaurant below "Ahoo" also provided quality food with great taste. Stay was worth it.
