First thing, first, there is no car parking. My car got damaged when I was parking the car in the basement. There is no space to park the car and the people there, were forcing me to park the car in the basement. Washrooms were not clean. There is no hot water, geyser in my room was not working. Not suitable for family stay. No water in room, no hot water in tap, no room kits provided

The room was poorly maintained. They said room was freshly mopped but when we entered it smelled fowled. Bed had lots of hairs. When we turned on the AC, water started dripping from ceiling near bed. Fan made noise the entire stay. Landline was not working and we have to go to reception every time to complain. Overall Worst experience.

Our recent stay at the hotel was largely pleasant, and the staff truly deserves a special mention for their professionalism and friendly demeanor. From the efficient check-in to the helpful concierge team, everyone we interacted with was excellent. The room was spacious, well-designed, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job maintaining daily cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The amenities, like the swimming pool and gym, were well-maintained and added great value to our stay. However, a few areas could be enhanced. The soundproofing in our room was somewhat lacking, as we could clearly hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms in the morning. Furthermore, while the breakfast buffet had a good variety, the hot food items were often lukewarm by the time we sat down to eat. Improving the temperature control for the dishes would significantly elevate the dining experience. Overall, we felt safe and the general hygiene standards were high. With minor tweaks to soundproofing and food service, this hotel could easily achieve a five-star experience. We would happily return and recommend it to others.

Excellent location with easy access to nearby attractions. Rooms were neat and well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and attentive.

excellent room, and cleanliness and have good behavior of staff and also nice location near of my place to work.

If you take three rooms, the geyser works in one room, there is no cleaning, the staff is not responsive, if you go with family, you will have a problem.

Please provide at least one person to know the local language. In telugu states no person in the reception knowing telugu language. And even doesn't know English also. why only Hindi. I feel very troubling to communicate general needs. I have booked four rooms but one room AC not working. At least for next time will not repeat such things . Thank you

Every things was good as per the expectations

My stay was terrible. After reaching and paying Rs.300/ for advance check in charge they have allotted a very small room , where AC was not working,...it was suffocated . After so many requests, a room in 1st floor was allocated, where bed sheets are torn and dirty. Toilet cover was also broken. Towel ( poor quality) was provided after third request. Complimentary breakfast was not served. Bed sheets were torn, toilet cover was broken and no complimentary breakfast was provided.

Not neetly maintenance staff worst

I recently booked a hotel , but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The hotel room was not clean at all, and basic hygiene was completely neglected. The washroom was in very poor condition — especially the door, which had a broken or unsafe lock. This made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe during my stay. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were not up to the mark. I request you to please investigate this matter and take necessary action against the property. I also expect a partial refund or compensation for the inconvenience I faced. Thank you for your support.
