    Property as shown in photographs was too different . In actual the property was very bad. There were many issues in the infrastructure. However the staff was cooperative

    The check in was 2 hours delayed due to my booking I'd is not visible on their website so after that was solved , it was all fine with 24/7 water and wifi facility with full privacy and security with ccc cams around the hotel . No extra charges demanded . I am very happy with the rooms and all facilities and make my trip has provided me good discount so I could grab this opportunity in Hyderabad. Iam very satisfied with the stay
