The worst experience i ever had! the hotel rejected the checkin due to full occupancy. Then after 3hrs of calls with make my trip they provided a nearby property which did the same they declined the checkin lucky that i had my car with me slept in it and left for airport at 2 am

The deal was with breakfast but the same was not served ! inf-act he insisted on paying the next booking by cash and offline

Tv wasn't working and washroom is not clean and room was quite unhygienic.

I booked this place for one night as my flight got delayed. They first allotted me room 311, and the room was already open, the fan was running and the bed was totally unmade. The floor, bathroom and the bed was totally dirty in every way you can imagine. When i asked the receptionist, he told me that the room was good. I asked him to come with me to the room which he declined and gave me another key. This room (309) atleast had the bed made but the sheets and the pillow were dirty and torn. The bathroom was just as dirty in this one too. I tried to turn ac on but it didn't. When i turned all the lights on, i saw that all the walls had weird spots on them like something was spilled on them. I can't explain how harrowed i felt and i felt that just touching anything in the room would make me sick. So i left the keys at the reception and left within 15 mins.

The worst experience ever. The time i reached the hotel, the people were saying the hotel is seized. I have bad experience as they are not willing to respond or give me a solution on this. I have lost my money and have been tricked by this hotel. Don't book here thinking its neat and clean, it's all just a facade

The room walls had stains all over. Ac was not working even though we changed the rooms still it didn't help. The bed was comfy. Good for a night stay but not recommended during summer as you will sweat all the time. At this price usually, backpackers and students stay at this place.

Best place to stay in gurgaon, staff is very supportive and kind, happy to stay in this hotel again once i will be in gurgaon.
