3 Star Review for Theo suites: Faced continuous Wi-Fi issues throughout the stay. Mobile Jio network doesn’t work properly inside the property. Struggled to get any signal. They charge without breakfast, which isn’t worth it for the service provided. If you extend your stay, they keep asking for immediate payment.. no time given to settle bills comfortably. Even for drinking water bottles, they demand instant payment, which feels very unwelcoming. They spray strong, high-scented perfumes in the rooms and corridors.. makes it hard to breathe. Room service is very poor.. no one checked on us or cleaned the room for 3 days. Rooms are decent, but management and service are disappointing. There’s no sense of guest care or customer satisfaction.. it feels like they’re only focused on money.

1)Room was smiling. 2)screwed hanger hanging after complaint also they have not attended . 3)There is no cupboard hangers due to that for clothes hanging become difficult. 4)I informed receptionist to check out Room before going to my work morning 7AM but information didn't passed to next shift people.
