hotel don't have resturant, complimentary breakfast they brought from outside for which I have paid almost 500 and they brought edli,dosa which cost around 80 to 100 rupees and the worst part is room doors are not having key and need to ask receptionist to open and close the room door - this is literally horrible

Property is very old. Lift is available, but it is not functioning most of the time. We had to hand carry luggage during check in and check out. Lack of assistance from hotel staff as well. Quality of the hotel is very bad. Not matching with the photos shared in the website. they don't have restaurant. they will get from outside restaurant. not a peaceful stay.

I stayed in the hotel Room 202, power used to go frequently. WiFi connection was very poor. Mobile net work signals very poor. I used to come down to make calls or to used WhatsApp. No cleanliness and TV was not working bcoz of poor signals
