I recently booked a Suite Room at this hotel through MakeMyTrip, expecting a comfortable stay for my parents' visit. Unfortunately, the experience was subpar. *Key Issues:* - TV not provided despite being listed as an amenity - Broken washroom lock - No safe with lock provided, despite being promised - Laundry services not provided - Room was not well-maintained, with worn-out curtains and dirty windows - Suite Room layout was not as expected, with a bed similar to the Deluxe Room and an additional small entry room instead of a spacious living area *Overall:* The hotel failed to meet our expectations, and the amenities promised were not provided. Considering the extra cost for the Suite Room, we were disappointed with the overall experience. *Rating:* 1/5

Housekeeping is not done properly and bed sheet is not provided in the night though we had requested after we boarded in the morning

we not stay there.bad smell.not good for family. the receptionist was very rude.we lost our money.

No water, worst rooms. Worst service. They don’t proper service or cleaning at all. Even asked to use used washrooms since water was not available in my room.

The room is not suitable for two people. not specious . both room is small. there is no hotel ambience

This hotel is nothing short of pathetic, rooms were dirty including toilets, not TV, no wifi, cupboard are full of dust. and top of it they charged me for early check in.

Worst maintenance & cupboard is full with cigarette hash no maintenance by staff there lift problem it’s not closing perfect bathroom also not clean

Very decent and well maintained hotel for business travelers and family alike. Rooms are well designed and obedient staff. It's proximity to Kims Hospital Kondapur. I recommend it 100% to everyone who wants a stay nearby to KIMS Hospital Kondapur!

The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was super comfortable, and the modern amenities, including free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, made my stay even more pleasant.

Property’s location was quite good near to my office location, room was a bit small but it was clean and hygenic. They have aslo asked me for as they don’t have kitchen so they have ordered me from outside and the food i.e biryani they ordered for me was good in quantity in terms of costing❤️
