Maintenance is ok but no ventilation no fresh air rooms and coriander smelled like wash room /toilet

While booking breakfast was included when checked in hotel, the hotel manager denied to give breakfast. As it was paid booking i couldn't cancel-led it otherwise i would have not stayed there no hot water facility was there, landline was not working to contact reception or food order.

Location of the hotel is near a major landmark (paradise biryani, so very easy to reach. Rooms were decent but clean. Bathroom was also clean. But the hotel does not even serves complementary water (not even a single bottle. Issue with make my trip, that they state that breakfast is complementary, but the hotel does not provide any breakfast.

The place is neat, well maintained and spacious at an affordable range. Its a decent cheap hotel in a big city. Washrooms are also clean. Acs work properly. Moreover, the staff is very supportive, quick and genuine. Room service for ordering food is available all the time. I enjoyed the stay at hotel prestige!
