The property is good and at a prime location. Easy access to all tourist places. Food is tasty and good quality. Even the checkin and check out is simple and fast. They provide all necessary kits, dryer, towels, packaged water in rooms.

Location is good, house is not upto the mark

Rooms were clean, food was nice. Only issue I had was, I booked this room for 2 adults and 1 child (10 years) with breakfast. But on breakfast time, they said that breakfast is only included for 2 and I will have to pay for third person. Had multiple talks with MMT and hotel staff but at the end I had to pay for third person breakfast

The hotel stay was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were polite and attentive, and the overall service was impressive. Truly a pleasant and relaxing experience.

Hotel location is good. Ambience is excellent . Clean and well maintained rooms. Restaurant and food offered is of high quality.

I have booked executive rooms but hotel has allotted standard room . They don't have any specifications for the room types. Same room becomes standard and executive based on the availability through charges are different.

I travelled along with my wife and kid for 4 nights stay in Hampshire plaza. Having a car parking space was one of my priorities and this hotel had this. Right from check in to check out everything went smooth. We were in standard deluxe room and the room was fantastic. The food we ordered through in room dining was fantastic. The complimentary breakfast spread was excellent. My kid became a fan of their French toast. Overall a pleasant stay.

Overall experience was good. I took standard room. Staff Behaviour was good, Breakfast was good with variations. Location was good. Room 1203 was allotted to us which was a little bit dark and shabby. Room illumination should be improved.

check in experience was ok. but gate was closed in the night no security was there ansd we had to roam around to find the entrance and i even asked nearby hotel security for the entrance. stay wqs ok not that much ventilated room. no proper lighting.checj out was not at all good

rooms are not so discipline in bathroom all water leakage and once i called for towel it came me after 2 hour staff behavior is very harsh. at check out time we only lifted our luggeges. so i dont suggest this hotel to anyone.

I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Hampshire Plaza Hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing visit. The in-house dining options were decent, though there’s still room for improvement in terms of menu variety. Breakfast was satisfying, but service during peak hours could be a little quicker. The overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant yet cozy, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers.

Hampshire Plaza is located very close to Lakdi ka Pool Metro station and superb connectivity to all tourists attractions. We enjoyed two day stay at Hampshire Plaza Hyderabad, hotel is very good, Rooms toilets are excellent, Breakfast is also great. Overall Service is excellent

Hotel is easily accessible to other parts of city, walkable distance metro station, Room's clean, Food excellent like to visit again when planned for Hyderabad.

I had booked a room with a king-size bed, but the room provided has a very small bed. This is not as per the booking commitment.

I stayed here in October 2025. The location was excellent, with a metro station nearby, which made travel very convenient. The room was smaller than what was shown online, However the breakfast was excellent,, lots of varieties and very delicious One issue I faced was during check-in. I had dropped off my luggage early in the morning and returned around 12 for check-in. Receptionist assured me that my luggage would be sent to my room immediately, but I had to wait 30–40 minutes even though my room was on the first floor. I called the reception several times, and each time they said it was being sent. I stayed there on the 1st of Oct night with my friend, stay was quite wonderful, room was clean , Breakfast is also tasty , quite a comfortable stay there just few things which annoy me that there was so much noise coming in the room from outside the road, I left my charger there, so tried to call the hotel reception but the phone is not working always saying busy all the time, I put the mail also but there is no rply to that also.
