I'm staying hear continue last 8 years property &all staff is very good

Bathrooms are not really good. Very dirty. Rooms are ok.

It was very peaceful and very good place, definitely worth the money. The breakfast which was served also tastes very good like home food.

Overall, a satisfactory stay in this budget. Can revisit.

This is not my first time here, the property itself is located in a posh locality of banjara hills. Since this is an apartment with shared space don't expect hotel like experience. Since I am the one who wants to be disturbed at the least, I prefer this over traditional hotel. Also depends on the purpose, I always have stayed for exam. So I need a place to be calm and rest, and my centre is not far away from here. Yes there will be trouble finding the property for the first time in the middle of a residential colony but once you spot it. It's a cake walk! The host is kind enough to let me check in early when I visited first time and even they let me check in an hour early recently. There's no complaint towards cleanliness either and lift is available. Though there is a inhouse restaurant, I have a particular diet to follow so never ordered anything. This place ticks the right boxes, thanks for the support staff though they say seem little unconcerned on the outside. They do their job very well, thanks to host yogesh

Service quality up to the mark. Room cleanliness ia also good. Complementary breakfast is not so good as requested.

We paid for the premium room. But at the reception he said there are 3 varieties of rooms and gave me 2 single bed room rather than the king bed room. Sad that this is the state of affairs in india

Hotel is basically single rooms in a 3bhk apartment. Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are well kept and clean as well. Only complaint is for minimal room service and amenities provided, no toothpaste/ toothbrush and poor lift. The hotel is being compared to a 3 star hotel so this would have been good to have

Hotel location is located in residential area without any display boad and identification and power point are not is near by bad

Good for family and for business travel. Staff behaviour is good. Bathroom need some maintenance including commode repair.
