Needs improvement

Hospitality at the hotel needs improvements. The hotel was nicely built but the staff needed formal training to improve. Food was very limited and most of the time I had to wait to get a single item. Cost cutting at every point for example not providing complimentary water bottle and sanitary items. No replacement of used glass and cups.
