I was initially impressed by the photos of this hotel, but my actual experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, there was a strong unpleasant smell, the bed sheets were not clean, and there were no water bottles provided. Additionally, there was no floor mat outside the washroom, which made the stay uncomfortable. The response from the hotel staff was very slow, and they seemed very lazy when it came to addressing our concerns. The AC was not working at all, the fan made a lot of noise, and the landline was not connecting to the reception. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this property on June 25. Overall, it was an average experience. The room felt quite cramped, and the bathroom was extremely small—though I appreciate that it was kept clean. Staff response is very poor. Intercom telephone is not provided in every room. In my four days stay not a single day the linen was changed. Room service was very poor. T V and A C were not functioning well. Complementary breakfast was not up to the standard. Overall stay was not satisfactory and I will never stay or recommend any of my friends about this hotel

Dirty beddings, cupboard without lock, washroom: jet spray water leaking, no toiletries provided except for a handwash, no dental kit, no ventilation in the room and washroom as well. The complimentary breakfast got over before the stipulated time on 2/3 days of my stay.

Treebo seventh heaven is not a hotel it's a lodge and room size is very small, restaurant is not available, foods are buy from outside the hotel and morning breakfast is very unhygienic. In the room mosquitoes 🦟 and flies.

The hotel has very few staff. Initially they took me to a room which had extremely suffocating and dirty bathroom. There is no restaurant. The rooms are unkempt. I requested for an iron which was not provided. To even request for anything in the hotel is difficult as no one responds i wanted to leave the hotel and forego the amount spent, but did not have time as i was stating for only one day i have stayed in treebo several times over several years. However shall not stay in treebo again.
