I was initially impressed by the photos of this hotel, but my actual experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, there was a strong unpleasant smell, the bed sheets were not clean, and there were no water bottles provided. Additionally, there was no floor mat outside the washroom, which made the stay uncomfortable. The response from the hotel staff was very slow, and they seemed very lazy when it came to addressing our concerns. The AC was not working at all, the fan made a lot of noise, and the landline was not connecting to the reception. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.
