Nice stay good location good rooms

The stay is very good. This is a brand new hotel launched in Miyapur, Hyderabad. The restaurant dishes are very tasty and have a pleasant ambience. Located very best to the Miyapur Metro station, this hotel offers a luxury experience for the guests with spacious rooms and great services

Unhygienic and in food and bed and in rooms also no proper breakfast items and hotel employees are not humble and ready to serve food also and AC inside room not working after multiple complaints still not repair during stay never stay like this kind of hotel its not good for corporate people also

Room was spacious and very neat. Ambience of hotel and the restaurant is very nice. Staff responded very quickly when the wifi issues are highlighted.. Food was delicious and the supervisor at food area was very friendly. Recommended for upcoming stay

The room was good but the washroom leakage frustrate me and no wifi range is working. Multiple times I have connected to reception but very poor service and no problem solving skills of the staff.

Furthermore, the rooms were spacious and efficiently designed, and the food service and room service were delivered with notable promptness.

Rooms are nice and clean but there could have been improvement in food. Breakfast is same everyday which is really frustating during long stay. Also, there is a need to include variety in the menu.

Where they did well: Valet Parking, Lobby area, Elevators; Where they are average: Service staff, breakfast buffet; Where they were terrible: Check-in team (they are professional liars and can be deceptive straight faced), though the building is new, almost all floors, except 9th, smell like drainage, leaky bathrooms and showers, dirty and gross linen, broken electrical (fans, tv otp boxes, etc.), missing furniture. When asked why most things are missing, they said their customers steal them! Basically implying their customer base is the worst of the lot. If you want the same distinction of being part of same customer base, go ahead and book your rooms!

There were little red ants coming out from the corners, but later on were cleared by housekeeping staff. The restaurant is clean and hygienic. The service is late for live orders like dosa during breakfast. Good south indian breakfast , average continental. Lunch service is very nice with good food. Good for stay. Not a business stay hotel. Stay was comfortable. Spacious rooms. Rooms service was very very slow. Good breakfast but was not hot.
