Rooms are nice and clean but there could have been improvement in food. Breakfast is same everyday which is really frustating during long stay. Also, there is a need to include variety in the menu.

Excellent property to stay with family and the food is amazing, management were very humble and cool

Where they did well: Valet Parking, Lobby area, Elevators; Where they are average: Service staff, breakfast buffet; Where they were terrible: Check-in team (they are professional liars and can be deceptive straight faced), though the building is new, almost all floors, except 9th, smell like drainage, leaky bathrooms and showers, dirty and gross linen, broken electrical (fans, tv otp boxes, etc.), missing furniture. When asked why most things are missing, they said their customers steal them! Basically implying their customer base is the worst of the lot. If you want the same distinction of being part of same customer base, go ahead and book your rooms!

The hotel is new and in a good location in Miyapur. The rooms are clean, but there were naphthalene balls kept everywhere. There were little red ants coming out from the corners, but later on were cleared by housekeeping staff. The restaurant is clean and hygienic. The service is late for live orders like dosa during breakfast. Good south indian breakfast , average continental. Lunch service is very nice with good food. Good for stay. Not a business stay hotel. Stay was comfortable. Spacious rooms. Rooms service was very very slow. Good breakfast but was not hot.

Too good, excellent. Must visit. Family and friends can enjoy stay here and can also enjoy the delicious food.

Big spacious Luxury room under budget. Breakfast is good. The location is good. Restroom floors are not good. 20 minutes taken for onboarding process which is very poor after tired travel in heavy traffic.

it's a good property but not maintaining staff are not polite and very adamant. checking in took almost 15 minutes. and they are promoting to book directly, if we ask for late check-out they always tell your booking is online so we cannot allow late check-out.

I went there around 9.30 am they won't allow to check in before that I called the property Mr Vamsi accepted for refresh and attend conference but on that day he refused I never gave commitment he said, then they charged 2000/- for refresh,I never accept then I said I will come and check in after 12 they accept then I again 2:00 p.m. came they said within half an hour we will check himself then 6 o'clock I came last 6:30 they are low chicken before that they gave one room infrastructure very worst after that changed another room 7 o'clock and 2 days I stay there the last day they called morning 9 o'clock sir check out time 12 o'clock. then I accept okay we can tell me I'm going to check out they know check the check out time 12:00 p.m. why they don't know check in time 12 o'clock this is my query.

property and location is good but service is very poor and the room allocated was without any window it was completely closed 😢

they won't provide drinking water every thing need to be purchased.the first day I got 300ml x 2 bottles ..thats it.later on i purchased from out side. hotel members clearly told on face that they provide only one bottle 300ml during lunch/ tiffin time as well
