Hotel SSR Fern Suites

I booked this stay based on the benefits mentioned at the time of reservation, which clearly included complimentary hotel credit and breakfast. Unfortunately, neither of these were provided during my stay. This was disappointing, as these benefits were a key reason for choosing this property. While the stay itself was comfortable, the lack of promised inclusions and the miscommunication around it affected the overall experience. I hope the management ensures better transparency and fulfills the commitments made during booking for future guests.

They changed property location, mentioning no rooms available in booked property

Room and services are good, but heavy noise coming from top floor because of gym. perking is also good but finding is difficult. no one guide you to parking

Totally waste of money. If you ask water also they are charging for it also. I book queen size bed but they give me single bed after fighting only they are giving

It is located on the main road, easy to locate. It has many shopping malls near by. It is well maintained and staff are very polite

They are charging money for free complementary articles like tooth brush and paste. The towel provided by the hotel was not properly cleaned it looked very old. We have paid 3050 for one night it's not worthy

Photos are different from what we get … room was not clean … it’s in a complex .. not so good … staff was not good or trained to be called Fern property … I just checked out in an hour .. I booked it expecting a FERN hotel chain .. but this is a normal room .. with no amenities

I don’t recommend to book ssr fern suite hotel hereafter worst experience no power and no generator, no proper toiletries replaced. Wifi not connected. Worst experience.

I check in at 9 am they took 700 rupees extra. No food facility avaliable. Don't feel living in rooms. We only need to ask to provide towel brush paste

Room is good staff behaviour is not good parking is spacious only difficulty is at second level cellar.
