Where they did well: Valet Parking, Lobby area, Elevators; Where they are average: Service staff, breakfast buffet; Where they were terrible: Check-in team (they are professional liars and can be deceptive straight faced), though the building is new, almost all floors, except 9th, smell like drainage, leaky bathrooms and showers, dirty and gross linen, broken electrical (fans, tv otp boxes, etc.), missing furniture. When asked why most things are missing, they said their customers steal them! Basically implying their customer base is the worst of the lot. If you want the same distinction of being part of same customer base, go ahead and book your rooms!
