It's good hotel but staff is lazy. No cleanliness due to rain. No hot water. No proper maintenance.

Plz. Remove this hotel from MMT this hotel ia bugged and its worst then lodge . Room is very very dirty and staf is very rude for teo they gove one small water bottle and its very expensive. To save your brans and image you have to remve this from ur MMT immediately. I am adding random images as i do not have any images.

Room are ok and staff are very friendly and u got. But for minimum rage it is good, room service was good

Very bad experience to stay. Reception staff was very rude and annoyed when i ask him for morning breakfast he straight forward please speak to make my trip. This js not the way we expect response. Please refund the money as i booked with breakfast and hotel doesn't provide me this

I stayed here for 4 days. The bathroom was smelly, which I got used to in 2 days. Hot water was a problem which was sorted in 2 days. There is no restaurant attached. However there are eateries closeby. Staff could have been more polite. Not a great stay. Book if you can’t find anything else!

1. When i booked, it indicated that breakfast was complimentary, but it was not provided. 2. I reserved a room for two days, but there was no cleaning service during my stay. 3. The washroom and bathroom were not clean. 4. There was nothing outside the bathroom for washing our feet. 5. There was only one hindi channel, zee business, which stopped working on the second day. 6. There was no complimentary kettle available for making tea or coffee. 7. The wi-fi was not functioning properly; it connected but did not work at all.

I booked room for 2 persons for two nights and it was a one day prior booking even though i was kept waiting for 10 minutes for cleaning my room. Then i received confirmation to go to room but when when i went to my room it was still not ready. Any how they gave me room where tv was not working and no water facility the i gave a complaint then they replaced tv but took time to repair water fittings. Any how next day morning it was really pathetic as i have to go out then same water problem was continued then they sent me to another room to use restroom that to a dipartured room not cleaned. Then they changed my room to different floor where again tv was not working and room was very unpleasant with smoking smell which i really hate. And i fed up by giving complaints and survived for one night and checked out. The most important thing i forgot is my booking plan was included with breakfast for two days but they den-aid it they says the breakfast plan has been stopped since a long time, but i don't know if the stopped breakfast plan why will the charge it in #makemytrip

The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our stay was nice.

Very bad experience with the recent visit. Even though i have booked prior day itself. Surprisingly late check in was not an option. And they ran out of rooms. Beds were bad. No proper hygiene. And no food options or bills. Nothing can say in a positive way. If your for a business meet or with family stay. Not recommended at all
