keeping rooms clean, maintaining proper ac alone won't be enough.. there is a thing called hospitality and you have to respect customers.. resepct is faar away, at least don't yell on customers.. stayed for more than 10 days, felt average and gave rating, the manager called me and threatening why did I gave low rating.. you are supposed to ask decently, not yell on customers.. with this attitude i don't think the property will last for mucch time
