I checked in the hotel around 8pm and the checkin process is not smooth and they have given me a room which is not smelling good. The usual checkout time is 11am but because of some personal things I thought I will use the complimentary 2hrs check out time which is mentioned in the terms and conditions. But the hotel person told you should check out at 11am since the room is will be given to another person. I have and seen and known that many rooms are if my type is empty in the hotel but he lied that rooms are not available and told to do check out 11am

Had to change room at 2:30 in the night

The room was neat and clean, and breakfast was bad. The biggest disaster was that I had to change the room at 2:30 in the night because the electricity was not working. They had given me a different room. I had breakfast included in my booking and when I asked them about this, they said it is not included without even checking. When I told them that it was showing on the app that breakfast is part of my package. Then they accepted it

The cost is high for the room and also early check-in cost is so high. Food was ok but the quantity was less. Recommend this hotel if you are staying for 1 or 2 days. Service is nice. If the cost is a bit less then it is a very good one to stay.
