Location was near to highway so it was very easy to get the vehicle. Rooms were clean and hygiene. Food was delicious

Room was good but the lobby was a bit smelly with food smell. Could have been better if it wasn’t smelly! Stay was okay overall!

Decent hotel with good staff but the sheets weren’t that tidy and had to call the front desk multiple times to have it changed but they were responsive and however resolved the issue.

Stay was good. The room was comfortable. The HK lady was polite . But the breakfast option was very limited. And one thing to highlight was that there were multiple issues with their door lock system .

Good rooms and service is good. location is appropriate, in Gachibowli and near to cyber City, food is also good

The location, was super and everything was nearby. Food was not too good especially non-veg. Service was poor but the ambience of the hotel was excellent along with the room. It was big enough to accommodate 3 people at a time.

It was about the facility, the room offered didn't have AC at all. Also, i have informed the staff quite a number of times and they have figured out that the AC is in repair in the evening and they said it will be fixed. But it was not for the whole stay. It is the worst response and i have paid for an AC room and got a normal non AC room. At the end the receptionist calls and says to clear the room as it is the end of my stay but when I ask about AC she says she already knew it before booking and blocked the room but later they opened it to book and we are the people who have suffered

Rooms are spacious & good. Location is on main road but just beside big hospital so it is subjective. Service is extremely poor. checked in at 6 PM and there were no hand towel or bath towel. on calling reception they said laundry has not came so will not be able to provide immediately and said sorry. finally gave towels at 9 PM next day handed over key for room cleaning . when returned in the evening, again no towel was kept. kettle was also not working. after 3 followups and 2 hrs they delivered both. however, in kettle only light was turning on without heating water. very pathetic customer service.

So i would like to start with the location . it was very close to the hospital so that was a plus point for us . And secondly the food was veryyy good and about the facilities i would like to say that it was excellent…Keep doing the good work .overall a very good experience.

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. All the facilities were well maintained and comfortable. A special mention to the reception team – they were extremely courteous, helpful, and made the experience even better. Highly recommended

Clean rooms and good wifi connection and very good service from reception . Staff is so helpful in assisting.

Stayed one night in a Suite. Room was spacious, clean, and quiet, but service was poor. Extra bed took hours despite repeated requests, towels not provided initially, TV not working, and confusion over extra bed charges (no receipt given). Breakfast was extremely limited, with cold tea and dosa. In-room dining options were few, and no lunch/dinner restaurant was available. Wi-Fi worked fine after asking for the password. Good sleep quality and location, but overall not worth recommending.
