Trunk and Trolley A Luxury Boutique Hotel

Bathroom water flow very slow, room cleaning average and check out time not good.

I highly recommend Trunk and Trolley because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff.

The rooms were nice and clean and had all the toiletries needed for our stay. We also tried the food at the restaurant it turned out to be pretty good. The ambience also stood out. Overall it was a really good experience.

I had an awesome stay at Trunk and Trolley Hotel in Hyderabad! The staff was incredibly proactive and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. Very nice hotel with polite staff. Neatly maintained rooms. Excellent cafeteria facility. Nice location

First we reached around 6 pm but the room was not ready and we waited more than 30minutes for the room key . room had some unwanted smell dont know what it was . We asked room freshner to remove that odour. Complementary breakfast was cold and when we asked to warm it they said ok but everything was cold from sabji to puri from sambar to idli , even the boiled eggs were callled and tge grilled chicken was cold to eat. After asking so many times they didn’t provide the warm food.

The hotel is clean but some problems in the wash basin area. The added area with the basin is too small and the water comes outside the area and fall down in the dry area of the bathroom making it messy. Food items are very limited.Overall experience is good.

Location is awesome food tastes good and room ambiance is excellent and service is top and only pool need to be maintained well apart from that every part is good

Good venue, great rooms

Though the cleanliness and overall hygiene was good, but there are certain things that needs to be taken extra care. The front desk did not perform upto the mark, there was a delay of more than 15 minutes after check out to produce the bills and that too i had to guide them. They were not properly trained. I could have missed my flight as a matter of fact. The room key was defective and I kept on struggling for two days. This should have been attended instantly.
