An Exceptional 5-Star Experience at Trunk and Trolly Hyderabad My stay at the Trunk and Trolly was truly outstanding and exceeded all expectations. This luxury boutique hotel is a gem in Hyderabad, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Impeccable Service and Cleanliness: The first thing you notice is the pristine cleanliness throughout the entire property. Everything is sparkling and meticulously maintained. The staff deserves a special shout-out for being incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their warm hospitality made my entire stay feel personalized and welcoming. The Restaurant is a Culinary Delight: If you stay here, you must eat at the restaurant. The food is simply amazing! Every dish I tried was prepared perfectly—delicious, fresh, and bursting with flavor. Dining here was a true highlight of my trip. Rooms Designed for Comfort: The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities one could hope for. From the comfortable bedding to the excellent in-room facilities, every detail was carefully considered to ensure a relaxing and productive stay. The Trunk and Trolly provides a top-tier luxury experience. Five stars, without hesitation!

its was a ok ok experience

First we reached around 6 pm but the room was not ready and we waited more than 30minutes for the room key . room had some unwanted smell dont know what it was . We asked room freshner to remove that odour. Complementary breakfast was cold and when we asked to warm it they said ok but everything was cold from sabji to puri from sambar to idli , even the boiled eggs were callled and tge grilled chicken was cold to eat. After asking so many times they didn’t provide the warm food.

The hotel is clean but some problems in the wash basin area. The added area with the basin is too small and the water comes outside the area and fall down in the dry area of the bathroom making it messy. Food items are very limited.Overall experience is good.

Good hotel and set up. Front office desk needs to be trained

Though the cleanliness and overall hygiene was good, but there are certain things that needs to be taken extra care. The front desk did not perform upto the mark, there was a delay of more than 15 minutes after check out to produce the bills and that too i had to guide them. They were not properly trained. I could have missed my flight as a matter of fact. The room key was defective and I kept on struggling for two days. This should have been attended instantly.

Great location, new property, fresh n spacious rooms, poor service

Stayed there nearly a week. Positive: Brand new property, neat clean and spacious rooms, rightly located in financial district area with close proximity to many tech companies. Night View from window is great. Ample of parking space. Front desk staff were polite. Breakfast: Decent enough. Improvement areas: SERVICE. Seems untrained staff who also doesn’t wish learn. Room service is poor, despite repeated complaints they always missed to replace/refill shower gel. At one moment I had to pick it from front desk. Surprisingly their hot water pressure was good and cold water side was like droplets. This was also not fixed throughout. Laundry turn around time is nearly 36 hrs. U give before 10AM and you will get next day night. Wardrobe has less space. Even not enough to hang clothes.
