We reached the hotel two hours early after a long and tiring journey. The website clearly mentioned that early check-in (up to 2 hours) is allowed if rooms are available. We even saw other guests checking out right in front of us, but still, the receptionist (a lady) refused to give us a room, saying they had “other commitments.” After 12 PM, when we finally got our room, we discovered that the flush wasn’t working. Upon speaking with the cleaner, we found out that the issue had existed for over a week. It’s completely unacceptable to assign a defective room, especially when we paid the full amount. When we raised the issue, they promised it would be fixed the next day. The next day, they said the plumber hadn’t come and that they’d move us to another room “soon.” Only after 30 hours (out of our 48-hour booking) did they finally offer us a new room — by then, we had already decided to check out and leave.

Just okay stay rooms are less spacious and hot water facility is just for 10 mins again we should wait for sometime to get hot water.
