Best hotel for staying at Hyderabad excellent behaviour of all the staffs and very comfortable and cozy Rooms

The bed Comforter had stains on it. No water bottle or soap provided. All lights could not be turned off the whole night. No proper switch and uncomfortable lumpy bed.

The stay was not as good as expected. They had frequent power cuts. I booked my stay with breakfast included but they did not have a kitchen to provide for the same. Do not book the stay with breakfast.

Stay was really soo good, clean washroom, service is good, friendly staff, place made us soo comfortable.

Don’t book for breakfast ,as the hotel does not have kitchen to provide you complimentary breakfast service.

Rooms are quite good and spacious as well. You will get peace and staff is also good. Must try place for couples

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, and housekeeping ensured it remained that way with daily service. I stayed for about 10 days, and my experience was nothing short of great. The hotel's location is another big plus—everything you need is just around the corner, including hospitals, medical shops, petrol pumps, and a variety of restaurants. The only minor issue I faced was regarding breakfast. I had booked my stay with breakfast included, but at check-in, I was informed it wasn’t available. However, the staff advised me to contact the MMT team, and I received my refund within two days, so it was resolved smoothly. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others! Looking forward to visiting again.

1. Very unhygienic- Beddings were stinking, felt unwashed for ages. 2. Basin in the bathroom was choked, not of use 3. Staff is extremely insensitive. 4. No breakfast facilities in hotel, but during booking it shows - With breakfast charges.

property location was good and accurate as per map. TV was not working and instead of asking to change the room or repair the TV the hotel manager denied to do so .. room cleanliness was just OK, not too clean not too dirty..just ok... food service was not in my booking so can't say anything about food....no soap/shampoo was provided in the room... the towel provided was just below average quay...overall I was not satisfied with the booking...

Horrible stay, ac not working, tv not working, contaminated blankets and pillows, used blankets are being used. Bad smell in toilets extra amount was taken for 30 before entry. Unwanted questions asked while checking which are against indian federal law.

The hospitality here is amazing! they really know how to take care of their guests.
