It was totally different . no staff, Water, Wi-Fi , no break fast , no Intecom , hot water not available . as like. Only 1 room Only 1 person in staff . Always he is absent It was quieter of government

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. Towel and bath soap not provide by hotal staff

One of the worst experiences in the hotel. Checked-in at 3am after a long tiring flight journey and you come to the hotel with such poor service. No water bottles in the room- when asked they said they are out of bottles and expects the guest to go out and buy in midnight. Breakfast was included in the package but not provided at the hotel. Reason? Kitchen is not operational. They’ve charged full amount for the all-inclusive stay but such poor service. Had to checkout before time.

No water bottle or jug provided , I had to order through blinkit, I had to carry my towel from the reception myself, no toiletries provided

No room service, for 2 person they're giving One bath towel, including water bottle, toiletries we have to purchase from outside,no bath soaps, premises is letting u for other illegal activities, staffs are very rude and irresponsible people

The stay was pathetic. There is no room service available for this property not even mineral water was given although it was mentioned , refreshment kit including towels nothing was provided even after repeated request. It was mentioned that the Checkin time was 12:00 pm despite the room was made available till 2:00pm and I was forced to wait. The bedsheet was untidy and had stains all over it. The washroom door latch was not working.
