Dirty, Unhygienic- Hotel Sri Sai Regency, RTC X
I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Sri Sai Regency during my recent stay. I was allotted Room No. 305, and the condition of the room and toilet was extremely poor. The room was dirty, and cockroaches were roaming freely, which made it uncomfortable and unhygienic. The toilet was not only very small but also unclean and poorly maintained. There was hardly any space to take a proper bath, and shockingly, AC vents from other rooms were discharging air directly into this toilet, causing a foul smell and making the area even more unhealthy. Also there is no intercom service in that room although Hotel management mentioned the room service, Help desk numbers in room There were flies moving around inside the toilet and even in the room, which shows a clear lack of cleanliness and pest control. The overall environment was far from what one would expect from a decent hotel. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay. The management seriously needs to improve hygiene, sanitation, and maintenance standards.
