good location to stay and travel to the Airport. The rooms are also okay with the budget. The reception and the boys are too good. limited breakfast but the taste of the food is good 👍

The hotel is near to airport thats the only positive i can say. Small compact room, no basic amenities, not even water bottle. No food. The reception guy is the only person available in the entire hotel. Consider it if you are solo an just need a place to sleep. Not recommended

It was horrible experience at hotel neem tree. Room was with weird smell. Dirty towel was provided. Uncleaned washroom. Location of hotel is on highway however locality after 9 it is unsafe area.

The room was full of foul smell. The bed sheets were dirty and also the quilt was having smell.

Decent location. Stay was good. Our flight was in the early morning so had to checkout early, so don't know about the food.

Found this hotel from mmt. Fully satisfied about this hotel. This is my 2nd trip to hyderabad and choose the same hotel. It was a basic hotel. No frills. But they had wifi. No shampoo. But they have a have a small bar of fresh soap and towel. The linen though seemed old but clean.

the room was not very clean and the bedsheets weren' t clean too. it's just an average OYO room type accommodation.
