Terrible Stay
The room and bed were not cleaned and the washroom was terrible, I don't have words to explain and there was no hot water, no response from the reception even after multiple calls.

Poor Stay
The room was not clean and it was stinking. The bathroom tap is not working. No hot water supply. Pillows were stinking. The bathroom door is not locking.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Room interiors were minimal and elegant, and the washroom was neat, with excellent water pressure and hygiene.

Average Stay
Hotel is located in good location, rates quite average and affordable. Room was overall fine. But the cleanliness is serious issue. There were lot of small cockroaches roaming around on bed, on floor, in cupboard and bathroom. Although there was daily house keeping, but this hotel requires serious pest control and management need to look into this. Overall 3/5.

So sorry to say rooms are ok.but in rooms furniture (I mean cabboard)to keep clothes is worst. doors don't have bathroom all material matiance zero. electric furniture no fan regulator.rooms always smell. outside lift service is worst.

My bus was missed so I didn't check-in at the hotel they didn't give any refund. I was checking for cancel reservation but that option itself was not there

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Hotel Broholic at Gachibowli. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all modern amenities. This Property is very near to ISB as well.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The ambience was really nice, making it feel comfortable and welcoming. The room was clean, tidy, and well - maintained. I also loved the 24/7 hot water facility which was big plus. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.
