Rooms were clean and easily accessible just behind peerless hotel. Drinking water accessible by package water or can be accessible from dispenser.

Location is good and easy accessible. Room was clean. Faciltities are not that great. They are not even providing drinking water. We have to pay for that. Geyser is too small we need to wait in between to finish our bath.

Property's location is nice just behind Peerless hotel and opposite of Bio-Diversity park, on Lumbini Avenue. All IT companies are nearby. Transportation is available. Inside hotel, they have tie up with kitchen outside, they don't have their own kitchen. so need to order in advance to get food. in the rooms, at least complimentary water bottle on a daily basis should be provided which is not done. Nice experience, located at very near to main road. Rooms ambience was good, water bottle should be provided on a daily basis for each person which is missing, otherwise room was clean n bathroom also clean.

Stay was good , since it’s a new property, its is nice. Location is a plus. Food- I did not apply for food options hence not sure

Now the cons, the landline was not working, so had to go and take water bottles myself. I will strongly review this property, everything was perfect from my room to cleanliness to the nature of the hosts .

Located close to major shopping malls. Great ambience and decent staff. Clean bed sheets and toiletries.
