Good sized & comfortable rooms, all basic facilities in place.

1. The bed linen could be more crisp . 2. The room given to me had no windows & hence felt claustrophobic. 3. I felt the rent included breakfast but was informed that it was not. That is fine.

My first visit and a 2 night stay in Shubhum Palace. The rooms are very spacious and are maintained in excellent condition. Helpful and courteous staff. The restaurant is also very good, though limited option vegetarians. The food is on the expensive side, but tasty. 30 mins away from the Airport. Cleann and helpful staff ambiance was veryyy goodd and the restaurant gives very delicious foodd the overall experience was 10/10

Breakfast was average and room service was not available at 6:30 am I went and woke up them for soap and shampoo.

Stay was comfortable, location is superb, Check in and out was smooth. I was not expecting this much of hospitality with such a small place. Thank you so much.

My experience can be summarised in two words "Pleasantly surprised" Compared to the price, the hotel offered a very spacious room with elegant bath, huge screen Television and all the facilities and toiletries one can expect. The restaurant is the other point I would specifically mention about. Very tasty Biriyany and Chicken tandoori in sumptuous quantity, great taste and extremely reasonable price! Found courteous and polite staff at both reception and room service. Really satisfied with the experience.

Ambience was too good as city view room was provided. All house keeping staff & room service staff too good. The food served good & quantity wise I found the best. For example on chicken fried rice is enough for 2 adult & 1 kid with any side dish. overall good

Location of the hotel is good. Room size and the interior of the room was excellent. I had dinner at their first floor restaurant and the food served was yummy and mouth watering. Also the complementary breakfast was having various options. I have given a rating of 4 as the executive room no. 214 allotted to me was not having any window. I have to keep the ac on as soon as i entered the room though it was not required as the outside ambience temperature was cold.

Hotel is clean and service is also good but breakfast is not good, there service is poor and very limited options are available

Rooms are extremely claustrophobic, breakfast was very pathetic. Cold idlis and burnt omelettes were served for breakfast
