The hotel staff behaviour was negligent. For anything there answer was no. AC wasnt working, we had to change room at midnight. Terrible hotel & staff

Terrible Stay
First they gave me room no 508, No AC working on that room, later they gave me 208, same problem faced, totally upset.

Poor Stay
The amenities that was mentioned was not even present. Even the most basic amenity water was not provided in the room. In the name of toiletries only towel was provided, that too only for adult. Had an argument for the towel for child. No reception no, nothing was provided.....very bad service

Easy Go To with Few Flaws
It is a good hotel. It is close enough to few important spots of the city. Will definitely recommend to check this. Only flaws are that, room could be ventilated better and tidying needs to be improved [Wall colour and dirt stains in few places]

2 day trip
Good and spacious room. friendly staff in every thing. the rooms are very clean. this is co-living hostel with separate rooms for guests.

Rooms were not hygienic and there was no scope to upgrade the rooms, rooms were combined with pgs , it was not a hotel

Good short stay

Th botanica stay - overall a wack setup
Torn and dirty bedsheets and towels. Poor plumbing works in the bathroom, the whole bathroom had leakages. Room had bad odour. Terrible breakfast options, the hotel had only 2 options in breakfast - lemon rice & noodles. No cutlery no spoons provided, no proper handwash setup at dining area. The dining room looked like a beat up road side stall setup.

very worst maintained with all floors and rooms cigarette smell and they were forcefully making to give good reviews but fully opposite from what we saw here and the bed and bedsheets were not at all cleaned no water bottle provided
