There is a smoking smell coming from the lobby, the ac was not working properly. There is no facility for food.

business"the reception was very 'not welcoming' and kept refusing the 'breakfast and lunch or dinner' deal made with the booking. This means they refused to offer dinner and breakfast despite of paying for it. *after showing them the payment receipts and a lot of uncalled harassment, they ordered dinner from some random place, and we were *never offered breakfast at all" ideally *i should be refunded the food money you took* and mm t should be careful while offering that option with your hotel partners when they don't even have a kitchen at their place.

Rooms were very clean and tidy and room service is very good. Location is easily accessed but a little problem with the parking space a we have only space for 5-6 cars only. Food is not available in the hotel nor the breakfast. If this could be added then this would be the best hotel to stay.

The place could’ve been better. Management/reception was not even aware that we’d be coming to stay. Room service made a lot of mistakes with a few orders. Although we’d mentioned there’s 3 adults, the arrangement was not adequate for 3 people. The room also had a few cockroaches in the night.

Room is not at all clean. And receptionists are rude, they don't even greet the customers and are not responding properly. Poor room service. Washroom is terrible. Don't get fooled by the pictures on the website. I don't recommend this Hotel.
