I booked my room through make may trip. After reading at hotel they ask for extra charges. Then i told that i booked hotel through makemytrip then he is agree to give check in. & poor check in & check out process.

I Am unhappy with this hotel rates and service

Bad experience

The hotel staff refused to give us rooms, as they thought that the room rates paid by us to MMT were not as per there current room rates. The lift was also not working. The property manager said even if we pay them the current room rate they can only give us rooms on the 3rd floor of the property (lift not functional). The pictures shown and the actual property is very different.

Comfort stay

Room was neat, good staff, peaceful stay at Sruan Inn. But there is no chairs to dinning, over all I had a comfort stay.

Most terrible place

Plus don't book this, there is no Oyo sign difficult to find, my booking was with breakfast but the reception staff was not accepting, all staff from Bihar, they look like teenage Bihari goondas, no grooming.
