Food is ntg they bought me 6 pcs of idly with chutney for that they are charging 150 Rs in Breakfast Included, service Worst I won't refer any of them

team , Thanks for the support given to us , We inform that we were check out the hotel on 27/07/2025 at evening. There is no support from the hotel management regarding the hygiene and service. They treat like not a customer. And also the room picture and surrounding they uploaded in make my trip site is different . 1.Come to safety even bathroom window like the fixed with scrap . Photo already we shared with the make my trip team 2. When they give respect and service two non married couple , 3. For the room hygine my wife got sick in hydrabad and admitted care hospital due to tension and hygiene NB. We were attaching the medical bill and other documents for ur ref , please help other family to not toin future Because we trust make my trip We lost our mental peace and we cancelled our Hyderabad tour .actually we booked till 29 th July 2025 and due to this reason we cancelled all our plan

It was worst hotel i have ever seen. No proper bed no towel no soap no shampoo. It was smelling like pig farm. After doing many complain simply they asked to leave the hotel. But we have paid the amount so we didn’t have that option. Overall it was very horrible experience

The most worst booking through makemy trip I ever had. हैदराबाद का सबसे 3rd क्लास होटल कोई इसे बुक ना करें। Dirty hotel, entrance is stinking with drainage water and waste, dirty rooms, dirty linen, no toiletries, drinking water chargeable, I have booked along with meal plan, provided two idlis bought from thelas. Terrible, horrible and staffs are not supportive.

Room size okay 2. ⁠Bed was a hard board 3. ⁠Towels and bed sheets. were not fresh 4. ⁠Service crew (mostly Bihari boys dragging their feet) were non responsive 5. ⁠Air conditioning was working but not cooling 6. ⁠fan was working but somehow air was not coming possibly something to do with blades 7. ⁠interiors of the building itself were narrow and difficult

The hotel staff was drunk when i approached them the did not have any detail about the booking . They all misbehaved and its not at all safe for family stay .

The people there were drunk and it was late so there was no cancellation option. I had to change the hotel which was not at all suitable for a family stay.

Hotel room was good, decent area, away from traffic,was peaceful, pillows were little hard rather than that a good staying place, receptionist was helpful

please don't book this hotel including breakfast if u book u will get only one dosa no tea no water bottle rooms r good but little bit smells near by no restaurants to eat u need to book online for dinner lunch

Check-in was fast, the room was neat, and staff were friendly. Had no complaints and enjoyed my short stay.

The location is good, and everything is close by. Staff members were friendly and did their best to assist.

House keeping is not up to the mark. Pillows cover are dirty. Seems are not cleaned. Wash room is also dirty. However, i got hot water available all the time, i required specially in the morning & evening.

Great experience! the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly, ensuring a relaxing and peaceful stay.
