The saty was good , but the mattress and pillows were old and walls were faded and the TV and old models were hardly in working condition. However the food was extremely good and the staff were very supportive . The location is very ideal for tourism and business. stays

Its a value gor money budget hotel. The staff is prompt and cooperative. Rooms are quite spacious. it seems to be an old property needs a revamp - a fresh paint , new curtains, bed sheets and toiletries. The restaurant is clean and serving tasty food. The washroom can be more clean..The flooring was slightly damaged but overall it is fine

Very bad experience, torn sheet, dirty and unheigenic pillow no hot water in washroom. The worst part it was a suit room with such a pathetic situation

As soon as I entered i was told by the then receptionist Pragya, that she couldnt believe I got upgraded to the suite room for a great discount (like i did not deserve it) . I was told the price of a cappuchino and water bottles voluntarily so I felt that maybe they assumed i couldnt afford it. I was given one cappuchino for a room of 2 to further demonstrate that i need to rethink before i order more. Later the receptionist went missing from the floor so most of rooms may have had to wait for any kind of room service. The photos uploaded are those of the "suite room" as per Miss Pragya which i was lucky to get at a discount. Mr Sailender Rout and Mr Amar Ohri, I applaud you for your hardworking Eatmor staff, but i urge you to look into housekeeping and front office.

rooms don't have proper switch boards to even charge mobiles, wifi doesn't work. toilets and bathroom are not clean. Ac didn't work. over all it was terrible experience. don't recommend

The Hotel is literally falling apart! Luke warm water in the bathrooms, extremely limited in room dining options, smelly & damp rooms, etc! The list can go on and on! What was once a stellar hotel experience @ Ohri’s, is sadly a tale of the past! Half the restaurants are shut due to renovations!

In the room Wi-Fi service very poor and ac water dripping in the room and too much sunlight in the room, no much maintenance. Since the day one we had chicken. We are facing the problem with the internet internet totally dead case.

1. The quality of the food was good but too costly. 2. The location is good. 3. Facilities are nothing, AC was not properly working, there was no intercom service.

Left the hotel on the same day booking was made for five days one of the worst hotel room Is full of dust , till now they dnt even know whether the guest is in the room or not No security

No intercom, no tea or coffee & any food items to serve you in the room, only coffee and that too cappuccino. worst ever hotel, no improvement since last year. whatever you ask them, the only reply you will get is 'sorry sir we don't have'. I personally don't recommend this hotel.

Location good hotel looks not very attractive rooms very good clean bedrooms also linen staff very good no Resturant of own which is very bad. A private restaurant on ground floor is looting customers. A bottle of mineral water cost Rs 100 plus gst.......
