Worst hotel experience ever! The room was filthy — the washroom was dirty, the bedsheets were stained, and the lighting was terrible. There were stains on the walls and corners, which was absolutely disgusting. The staff was rude and completely unprofessional — instead of fixing anything, they kept shifting us from one room to another. We were made to change rooms three times, and every single one was just as bad. To make things worse, the OYO team was equally unhelpful. Despite multiple complaints, they did nothing to resolve the issue. We finally had to cancel our booking and move to another hotel on our own. This place is unhygienic, mismanaged, and not worth even a single star. Avoid at all costs!

The rooms were not clean there was no hot water and was not even having a pantry. It’s only preferably for couples for 1 or 2 hours.
