1. The charged extra for the stay. They denied to give a check-in. The manager: we can't give room at this price, if you want a check in. You'll have to pay extra. The washroom is too compact. Washroom is full with water leakage. There's a broken landline. The ac isn't working. Bedsheets, towels are in a v bad condition.

The hotel managers are not accepting the orders and asking to cancel the booking and asking for more money to provide stay in
