Firstly we have checked in late in the evening and was raining no luggage assistance offered, 3 bhk having seepages everywhere, no AC working in condition, no hot water in 2 rest rooms. TV is not working

Didn't allow to check in 10 minutes early and asked for 500 rupeees extra which is terrible they made me stand in sun for half an hour

It was a great stay at the urban nest 3bh. Very clean and silent. Water flow is very slow but location was easy to reach and they provide food as well so it eas very convenient.

Clean and well furnished property

Property was clean and functional. Good wifi, washrooms, beds and cupboards made our stay very comfortable. Road outside is not cemented for about 20 mtrs, rest everything is excellent.

I have booked pent house at terrace, room is good but rain water enters the room from door and window both. That was so annoying. Everyone is good only one can face problems during rainy season

Penthouse is a single room which on terrace floor, there is no shops available nearby. If you are looking for a day stay and only single person then it's fine, we can't stay there with family

Good property, very bad caretakers

The caretakers here are interfering to a point where they just entered the room without even knocking. Not to mention that they were rude and lost the whole time. The property is very far in financial district and not easily found. The road is still not laid. It's brand new so you can expect it to be clean. It's a hall with 3 rooms and it's fairly clean. Food cooked by the caretakers was below average. But i'll never suggest this property solely because of the caretakers.

Sorry to say, you booked for 5 people but 8 people came over. Obviously, you will be disturbed when you don’t adhere to the house rules.
