Irregular water, no hot water, no towels,

2 hours extra complimentary they not given as you mention as complimentary we check in at night 11 morning check out.

little bit dust bedsheets not clean and towels are not provided extra complimentary two hours I got while booking but they not provided for stay..they told have to pay for extra hours it's rediculous

Nothing was good in hotel according to money they have no services. Very wrist hotel in my travel experience

Very bad hotel i wasted my money

Hotel is bad no hot water and lift not working.

Booking amenities list is very good, but in reality it is completely different. We paid all in advance for this but. Breakfast not given, no hot water service in all room, mosquito repellent not given, tv not working in all room, no proper response from management. Make my trip is also responsible for this.

Room is neat and clean. Staff are polite. Location is nearer to hit-ex and maharishi vidya mandir. We had a pleasant experience there.

On the 17th august we booked 02 rooms for our stay from 25th to 29th of september 2024. When we reached the hotel, we were welcomed with a 'no room' status and were-made fume and roar. What feed back should be given about the hotel and makemytrip.

Location is very good. Hotel neat & clean. They didn't provide breakfast though it was included in my package.

We were delighted with the amazing view from our room. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff were always ready to help.

The stay was good, we had booked a room with breakfast, but breakfast was not provided during the stay.

The comfortable seating areas and peaceful setting contributed to a relaxing stay.

Bathroom there was no water, flush tanks not working, washbasin taps are moving round and round, ‘no bisleri water served in room, room full of mosquitoes, no hand towel. Horrible room and service would not recommend to anyone

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, we enjoyed the amenities, including the pool and the fitness center.

Everything was nice. Big room. Good space and bathroom. Polite behaviour. But one thing i didn't like is they don't clean room everyday

The location of the property is good. Also the premises of the hotel looks nice. The staff behaviour is also good.
