Location is very good, food is not provided, on request hotel care taker brings from outside, hotel room quality is average

The hotel is very good and services also available and cleaning purposes everything on time and one more thing the food quality very nice and delicious.

Poor maintance of hall ways , rooms and lifts . Bad lighting within rooms . Low roof level very tight for a tall persons. Need proper room service . Warm water not available for 24 hrs

Lacking maintainance inside the rooms mattresses and pillows are not in washed condition with stains. Not so suggest-able for the cost we pay

This hotel has bad service with rude staff. The premises including lift area is filthy, trash everywhere. I don't recommend this for families. Overpriced as well.

Having all facilities, good location, cleanliness to be improved. House keeping and other services are to be taken care off.

Location is good. Right next to yashoda hospital secunderabad. Rooms are small but clean. Dont expect any service. Bad attitude. Receptionist was not ready to get up from bed to make a checkout at 715am. Bath towel was given during checkout. Worst service
