Stinky Rooms

Location was good, food was better however in respect of cleanlinesz it can be improved as hotel buildig is really nice but not manatained well if they do so it can enjnace the experience.

1) IT WAS A BOOKING OF TWO PERSON & IN BREAKFAST THEY HAVE UPDATED ONLY 1 PERSON. DURING BREAKFAST A RECEPTION GUP MR. NIRANJAN CAME AND SAID THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY BREAKFAST CHAEGES OF ANOTHER PERSON. 2) I HAVE CHECK IN ON 9TH SEP BUT I WAS PROVIDED AN INVOICE STATING OF CHECK IN ON 10TH & CHECK OUT OF 11TH AND TARIFF WAS PREPARED FOR TWO DAYS

I recently stayed at Ohris Baseraa hotel in Hyderabad, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The hotel seems to be in need of renovation, and the amenities were subpar. While the location is central and convenient, the maintenance issues and cleanliness concerns were noticeable. The staff was friendly, but the overall experience was disappointing. With some improvements, this hotel could potentially offer a great stay, but as of now, I'd caution potential guests to carefully consider their priorities.

By mistake I booked non Ac room and requested staff for Ac room on charge even though rooms are empty staff didn’t allot and said rooms are full and bath room is very dirty with out hot water for non Ac room is very expensive and even for extra water bottle they charge 80 Rs

Room size are big. Hospitality was good. But yes there were cockroaches and hot water issues but it was addressed and attended soon. For us the room was big our kid had ample space to play so we were happy. Thank you

this hotel needs to be removed from all booking apps so the hotel will understand the value of the guest there is NO housekeeping NO hot water rooms dirty food costly and starting breakfast at 8.15 when all business travelers are left by 7.30 am

Ohris Baseraa is very badly maintained. Toilet, furniture, curtains are very old. Room service is extremely poor. Food quality is OK, but seems like an extreme shortage of staff due to which the customer suffers. Will not recommend to anybody.

The worst stay i ever experienced. The rooms were dirty. The floor had stains everywhere. The steps leading to the floors were horrible. The shower in the bathroom was not working. The TV was there for decorational purpose the dth was not recharged. Overall a poorly maintained hotel.

window is broken not closed and tv not working washroom is very dirty when you call reception they just tell us wait 10 minutes which never comes

The room was not clean properly . The washroom lights were broken. The bed sheets were looking old, they said they have washed but they were not looking like. There was dust under the bed. Also there were some marks on bed sheet and pillow
