The overall experience was ok..the location of the hotel is excellent, very close to secunderabad railway station. The room was clean and cozy . Staff was cordial

It’s the worst Hotel anyone can stay at, the rooms had an awful smell, and it was full of cockroaches, the bathroom had leaky faucets and the over all maintenance of the place wasn’t done it god knows how long? It’s like the place just exists as a building rooms, the staff at the restaurant Uppu are extremely rude, I went in to have a coffee with my mother, after giving them the order 15-20mins later when i asked them where the coffee was the waiter acted like he just couldn’t hear me,, and no explanation wats so ever.. The reason i chose this hotel was of the location and more because i had stayed there a few years ago and the experience was good, if I’d know it was such a terrible pathetic place I would never have booked here.

Location is at slam area nd old property nd irritate facilities

Room was so unhygienic, full of cockroaches under bed , mattress was too old and we can sense springs while sleeping, very high prices for food , charging 60rupees for a single cup of tea. No hot water from geyser, every property used their is too old including flooring.

It was a decent stay at the hotel. Everything was fine and they had cleaned and kept all the rooms.

I upgraded my stay from non AC to Ac...which is horrible.. non AC room was much cooler and decent than AC room...front office response is so bad...food...better not to comment...not what I ate I spent...

It's an old property and the rooms are not maintained well, With cockroaches roaming around. No Telephone line to connect the reception or Room Service, etc etc

My stay was quite disappointing,The room had several issues ,the door and handle were broken, and the toilet door wouldn’t close properly. The TV didn’t work, there was no remote, and the washroom wasn’t clean. Overall, maintenance and cleanliness need serious improvement.

everything was excellent and above five stars. the bath tub and ac deluxe room was awesome and it was like a palace.

Stinky Rooms

Location was good, food was better however in respect of cleanlinesz it can be improved as hotel buildig is really nice but not manatained well if they do so it can enjnace the experience.

1) IT WAS A BOOKING OF TWO PERSON & IN BREAKFAST THEY HAVE UPDATED ONLY 1 PERSON. DURING BREAKFAST A RECEPTION GUP MR. NIRANJAN CAME AND SAID THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY BREAKFAST CHAEGES OF ANOTHER PERSON. 2) I HAVE CHECK IN ON 9TH SEP BUT I WAS PROVIDED AN INVOICE STATING OF CHECK IN ON 10TH & CHECK OUT OF 11TH AND TARIFF WAS PREPARED FOR TWO DAYS

I recently stayed at Ohris Baseraa hotel in Hyderabad, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The hotel seems to be in need of renovation, and the amenities were subpar. While the location is central and convenient, the maintenance issues and cleanliness concerns were noticeable. The staff was friendly, but the overall experience was disappointing. With some improvements, this hotel could potentially offer a great stay, but as of now, I'd caution potential guests to carefully consider their priorities.
