1)it's mentioned ac condition room while booking but they gave non ac room. 2) the manager of the hotel tried to fraud us by trying to take extra money before checking in. 3) they were not allowing us to checkout or go out of the hotel without giving them the excellent rating. They forced us but by luck there internet was not working so we resisted. 4) very bad hotel to stay in.
