Poor staff, service is very poor. No one is responsible, reception lady is not helpful. Can be improved to retain good ratings.

The hotel was good, overall experience was good, would love to stay again. Neat and clean, AC was working properly.

too much bedbugs all around the bed, cocroaches and worst service they won't even refill waters or bath stuff everyday

The bathroom has a leak in roof right over the toilet seat, the plugs are not working, no internet, no cable, stains all over the bed and pillows. This place is a trash.

Room Service was not good, and also room was not clean. Bedsheet were dirty. The receptionist was rude.

It was a great stay, the AC had issues rest other was awesome with price point.

My overall stay at the hotel was satisfactory, with a mix of positive and slightly disappointing aspects. To start with, the room I stayed in was quite spacious, which made it comfortable and pleasant to move around in. I appreciated the amount of natural light that came in, and the layout of the room was thoughtfully done. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay — they were polite, approachable, and quick to respond whenever I needed assistance. Their warm attitude added a personal touch to the experience. However, there were a few areas where the hotel could improve. The mattress, for instance, had a few visible stains which gave an impression of neglect. While the bed itself was comfortable, this small detail made it feel less clean than expected. Similarly, the bathroom, though functional, could have been maintained better. It wasn’t overly dirty, but it did not have the standard of cleanliness I would expect from a hotel of this level. Overall, my stay was decent — comfortable enough for a short visit, but with room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and attention to detail. With a little more care in maintenance, this hotel could offer a truly great experience.

The stay was good. The hotel is situated in a very good location with various nearby food courts. The service of the hotel was little slow but other than that it is a good place to stay in.
