it was good but some in some aspects nead improvement.1.quality of bed and cleanliness 2. delux room is very small and bathroom is suffocating overall good- staff was good

Our checkin was at 12:30 pm and we requested for early checkin at around 9:30 am. We were asked to pay ₹1000 extra per room for the same. Moreover, upon asking, we were refused breakfast since they said extra charge is only for early checkin and does not cover breakfast. The room we paid extra to checkin for was not cleaned, it was dirty. There was no hand wash in the bathroom, no soap provided. It was smelly will someone had smoke.

Value for monies, anyhow could be more customer centric by being flexible to accommodate check out as being labelled flexi and rather being one.

Rooms were not same as picture, it was clean but smaller then images. Please cross check the details before booking

I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially the receptionist who spoke very arrogantly and showed no interest in helping guests. To make matters worse, they charged extra even for basic things like a water bottle, which should have been complimentary or at least reasonably priced. There was zero hospitality, and I felt completely unwelcome throughout my stay. I’m sharing this review to warn other travelers – please think twice before booking this place. There are many better options nearby where you’ll be treated with respect. Avoid this hotel if you care about service and a peaceful stay.

Bed sheets were not changed. Food is not available, we have to order from Swiggy. Breakfast is not good.

Great stay , good hospitality and peaceful atmosphere.

The room was looking good and clean but the bedsheets and covers were not very clean they had strains. I had also spotted some bugs in the room. So i would say the room is comfortable for a men's stay but I can't really recommend it for women's.

Overall hotel service was excellent but the Staff specially name Yunmun Ganguly is terrible doesn't know what questions to be asked to guest. if they had problems they should have properly mentioned on make my trip.

Well maintained property. Had a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Room and linen were clean and hygienic. Amenities including wifi, air conditioning, refrigerator, were serving well. Toiletries and tea/coffee kit were provided. Morning breakfast had idli, uttapam, poha and tea/milk. Overall 5/5 experience.

Staff non cooperative. Room with no ventilation. Next building is very new to the window

A very good place and best for a business trip stay. Prowell management, staff, breakfast, service, every thing is best. Clean rooms, good home made morning breakfast, humble staff. I will recommend this place to stay.
